2025–2026 Prices
Our services are bespoke to each country and travelling group. You will start with a consultancy hour, as a retaining fee, to speak directly to one of our expert guides in the country or countries you’d like to go to, on your next trip.
Bronze Service
150–175$ flat fee or Retainer fee (waived once you decide to go ahead with either our Silver or Gold service).
This is a consultancy service with up to 1 hour of our expertise via phone or Zoom call to help you plan your Europe itinerary. You will speak with an expert guide on ideal itineraries, travel logistics, and must-see spots, saving you time and costly mistakes.
Silver Service
175$–325$ / travel day (7-day trip min. or 1225$ min.)
This includes a fully customized itinerary: day-to-day scheduling, local guides, restaurant recommendations or bookings, cultural events, domestic travel, and on-call support during your trip. Ideal for self-guided travelers wanting thorough, local insight.
*Prices for small groups up to 10. Add 10€/travel day/person for groups of 10+.
Prices of each service within your itinerary will be invoiced once final plans are made.
Gold Service
1000$ / travel day (5-day minimum)
Includes everything from the Silver Service, with the addition of a full-day private guide who travels with you every step of the way. They act as your travel companion, coordinator, cultural guide, and trusted advisor. Driving may be included depending on group size.
You may still need expert guides for specific UNESCO sites, but your main guide is highly knowledgeable about Spain, Portugal, and surrounding regions.
